Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to promote our products, develop relationships with retailers and business outlets, generate sales, and collect payments from customers within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Promotion: Promote and explain the company's products to retailers, dealers, and other potential customers.

- Field Visits: Regularly visit electrical shops, hardware stores, and other relevant business outlets to promote products and develop new business opportunities.

- Sales Generation: Generate new orders, achieve sales targets, and increase product sales in the assigned territory.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new potential customers.

- Payment Collection: Visit customers to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely recovery of dues.

- Order Management: Record customer orders, maintain sales records, and communicate order requirements to the company.

- Market Feedback: Gather information about customer needs, competitor products, and market demand.

- Reporting: Submit regular reports of visits, sales, orders, and payment collections to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Confidence in meeting and dealing with business owners and retailers.

- Ability to generate sales and maintain customer relationships.

- Honest, disciplined, and responsible approach to handling payments.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Previous experience in field sales, distribution, or payment collection will be preferred.

- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage, if required for field visits.
