Computer Operator

Job Summary

The Computer Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse records, entering and updating inventory data, generating reports, and supporting daily warehouse operations through effective use of computer systems and warehouse management software.

• Key Responsibilities : Enter and update inventory, stock movement, and dispatch data in the system.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Maintain records of inward and outward material transactions.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and shipping documents as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and supervisors for data accuracy.
• Verify and update product information in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Maintain electronic and physical records of warehouse transactions.
• Assist during stock audits and physical inventory counts.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry with minimal errors.
