Warehouse Executive – Job Description. 

A Warehouse Executive ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. The role demands strong coordination, operational discipline, and accuracy in inventory and dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations — Manage day to day warehouse activities and ensure seamless workflow.

• Dispatch Coordination — Coordinate with transporters and sales teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

• Loading & Documentation — Supervise loading/unloading and maintain proper documentation.

• Inventory Management — Maintain accurate inventory using Advanced Excel and warehouse software.

• Shipment Scheduling — Prepare shipment schedules and monitor dispatch activities.

• Manpower Handling — Allocate manpower and oversee daily operational tasks.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Standard.

• Location: Dewas Naka, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

• CTC Range: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum.
