Job Description – Female Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage a residential hostel for 25 girls studying in Grades 10–12. The warden will be responsible for ensuring the students' safety, discipline, well-being, and daily routine. Duties include maintaining hostel records, supervising study and meal timings, coordinating with parents and school staff, handling emergencies, and creating a safe, supportive, and positive living environment for students.

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience in a hostel, school, or residential institution preferred
• Willing to stay on campus (residential position)
