Position: Service Associate / Floor Team

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests with energy and warmth

• Take orders accurately and help people discover what they’ll love

• Serve food and drinks with attention and care

• Keep the café floor clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Coordinate with the kitchen and team to create a seamless experience

• Set up and reset tables for guests

• Handle guest requests and make sure everyone leaves happier than they arrived

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience preferred

• Good communication skills and a friendly personality

• Basic food & beverage understanding

• Someone who enjoys interacting with people

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
