Job Description
Position: Travel Sales & Operations Executive
📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
📋 Probation Period: 15 Days
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or MBA in Tourism / Travel & Tourism Management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior sales experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is preferred.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, calling, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and holiday packages.
- Conduct client meetings and understand travel requirements.
- Handle price negotiations and close sales.
- Manage flight tickets, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers.
- Handle end-to-end travel operations and customer support.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide pre- and post-booking assistance.
