Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, hotel, transport, and tour bookings.
• Prepare travel itineraries and package details.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and vendors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
• Maintain booking records and travel documentation.
• Support sales and operations teams in daily activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
