Position: Travel Consultant

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.

Assist customers with flight, hotel, holiday package, bus, and train bookings.

Provide accurate travel information, fare details, and itinerary planning.

Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.

Upsell travel-related services such as hotels, insurance, and holiday packages.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking and issue resolution.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Customer-focused with good sales and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Experience in the travel industry prefered.

Good Typing Skills
