Job Description
Job Opening – Female Telecalling Executive (Trademark Services)
Position: Telecalling Executive (Female)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Call prospective and existing clients regarding Trademark and Legal Services.
Explain company services professionally and answer client queries.
Follow up with interested clients and generate qualified leads.
Schedule appointments/consultations for the legal team.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Eligibility:
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
