Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team in Indore. The candidate should have basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and trading accounts. The role involves calling prospective clients, explaining investment products, assisting with Demat account opening, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Demat and Trading Account services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
• Guide customers through the Demat account opening and KYC process.
• Explain basic stock market concepts, investment opportunities, and account benefits.
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to Demat and trading accounts.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Skills :

Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

Basic knowledge of Stock Market, Equity, Trading, and Demat Accounts.

Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections professionally. 

Qualification

. Graduate.

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, Financial Services, or Stock Broking preferred.
• Freshers with stock market knowledge can also apply.
