🧾 Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls.
• Provide accurate information about company products/services
• Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues when necessary

✅ Requirements

• Graduate/Undergraduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer support (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi; local language is a plus)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

💼 Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in BPO / customer service industry
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude and team spirit
