Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call activities.
• Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills
