We are looking for a responsible, honest and customer-friendly Store Manager who can independently handle the day-to-day operations of our Fabrico Dry Clean Store.

हमें ऐसा जिम्मेदार और ईमानदार व्यक्ति चाहिए जो हमारे Fabrico Dry Clean Store का रोजाना संचालन अच्छी तरह संभाल सके और ग्राहक सेवा तथा बिक्री बढ़ाने पर ध्यान दे।

• Preferred Experience / अनुभव - 1–3 years experience in Store Management / Retail / Sales preferred
• Dry Clean / Laundry / Garment / Retail Store experience will be an advantage
• Freshers with good communication and management skills may also be considered
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 📋 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Store Operations / स्टोर संचालन -
• Manage daily store operations
• Handle customer orders and delivery
• Maintain proper order records
• Ensure timely delivery of clothes
• Monitor pending and completed orders

• 2. Customer Handling / ग्राहक सेवा

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Understand customer requirements
• Handle customer complaints politely
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Encourage repeat customers

• 3. Sales & Business Growth / बिक्री बढ़ाना

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Generate new customers from nearby areas
• Promote Fabrico services locally
• Follow up with existing and inactive customers
• Identify opportunities to increase store sales

• 4. Staff Management / स्टाफ प्रबंधन

• Supervise store staff
• Allocate daily work
• Monitor staff performance
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness
• Ensure staff follows proper process

• 5. Cash & Records / कैश और रिकॉर्ड

• Handle daily billing and cash collection
• Maintain daily sales and collection records
• Check payments and pending amounts
• Prepare daily store reports
• Maintain proper documentation
