Stock Market Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients and explain stock market products and services.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment-related information.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain client records and update CRM regularly.
• Schedule appointments for senior relationship managers.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with stock market trends and financial news.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of stock market concepts.
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or financial services preferred.
