Calling Executive – Stock Market
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Calling Executive to join our stock market/financial services team in Vijay Nagar, Indore.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining our stock market-related services, generating interest, following up with leads and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain company services, stock market-related products and advisory/service offerings in a clear and professional manner.
- Generate qualified leads and convert interested prospects into clients.
- Follow up regularly with interested and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and answer basic queries related to our services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the sales/research team for client requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while dealing with client information.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, trading and investments will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn financial markets and company services.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, insurance, mutual funds, demat account opening or financial services will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a strong sales attitude and good communication skills can apply even without stock-market experience.
Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
+ Performance-Based Incentives
+ Monthly/Quarterly Performance Bonuses
Salary and incentives may vary depending on experience and performance.
