With a growing presence in Indore and expansion across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, we're on a mission to become the go-to name for EV batteries and servicing in India.
The Opportunity
Be the face of the Battron showroom — running the day-to-day so every customer who walks in for a battery purchase or service has a smooth, trustworthy experience. You'll handle sales, service intake and showroom administration end to end.
What You'll Do
• Welcome & advise walk-in customers — understand their needs, recommend the right battery/charger, and close the sale.
• Manage service intake — log service/repair jobs, coordinate with technicians, keep customers updated on status, and handle delivery.
• Handle billing & payments — invoicing, cash/UPI collection, and daily reconciliation.
• Process finance/EMI paperwork for customers and coordinate with finance partners.
• Manage warranty claims, exchanges and complaints — resolve issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Maintain stock & inventory — track battery, charger and accessory stock; raise timely replenishment.
• Keep the showroom display & housekeeping clean, organised and presentable at all times.
• Oversee showroom administration — records, registers, staff coordination and basic reporting.
• Achieve showroom sales & service targets and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain a customer database and run follow-ups for repeat business and service reminders.
How Success Is Measured
• Showroom sales (batteries, chargers, accessories) against monthly targets.
• Service jobs handled and turnaround time.
• Customer satisfaction, repeat customers and complaint resolution.
• Billing accuracy and daily cash/stock reconciliation.
• Showroom upkeep and timeliness of reporting.
