Job OverviewAKSA International is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle student inquiries, follow up with leads, and support the admissions process. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince and guide students regarding our aviation, hospitality, and travel management courses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective students and explain course details
• Follow up on leads generated through social media, websites, and campaigns
• Schedule counseling sessions and student visits
• Maintain proper lead and call records
• Handle student queries professionally
• Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluency in Hindi and basic English preferred
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
• Experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
