Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the café, bar, or restaurant.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies.
• Prepare daily sales reports, cash handling, and billing supervision.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Plan and implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Train and guide staff to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.
• Monitor cost control and profitability of the restaurant operations.
