Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Architect HOD – Working & Execution to lead architectural working drawings, project execution, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing projects from design development through execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the architectural working and execution team.
• Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and architectural details.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure drawings and site execution are aligned with approved designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Review project progress, quality, timelines, and workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for design clarifications and approvals.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Guide junior architects and team members and maintain technical standards.
• Identify and resolve design, drawing, and execution challenges effectively.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
• Excellent understanding of site execution and construction processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit and other design software is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred ProfileA confident, technically strong, and well-organized professional with proven experience in architectural working drawings, site execution, and team leadership.
