Sales Team Leader

Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate floor staff activities.

 Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.

 Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

 Address client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

 Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.

 Customer Focus:

o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

o Act as the main point of contact between the floor staff and management for escalations.

 Performance Monitoring:

o Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

o Prepare reports on operational efficiency, challenges, and achievements for review with senior management.

 Compliance and Safety:

o Ensure that workplace safety and company policies are adhered to at all times.

o Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Benefits:

Work Schedule:

 Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.

 Saturday: Half day (10:00 AM –4:00 PM).

 First Saturday of the month off.
