Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Source leads: Generate leads via referrals, walk-ins, channel partners, digital, and field visits.

- Counsel: Explain home loan, LAP, balance transfer products, eligibility, ROI, docs, and process to customers.

- Documentation: Collect and verify KYC, income, and property documents. Ensure file is error-free.

- Coordination: Liaise with banks/NBFCs, credit, legal, and technical teams for approvals & disbursals.

- Close deals: Achieve monthly disbursement targets. Track pipeline and follow up till payout.

- Compliance: Follow RBI and lender guidelines. No mis-selling or false commitments.
