**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand the market presence of **Khushboo Wala** agarbatti and dhoop sticks/ dhoop cone (poojan samagri ). If you have experience in FMCG or pooja samagri sales and have a strong grip on the local retail market, we want you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

 * **Market Coverage:** Execute our established 6-day regional sales route, conducting daily visits to retail shops, kirana stores, and wholesale counters across the designated territory.

 * **Order Generation:** Pitch our products to new and existing vendors, highlighting our unique fragrance profiles and quality, to secure regular orders.

 * **Network Building:** Expand the company’s distribution network by onboarding new retailers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with current clients.

 * **Product Promotion:** Drive the on-ground marketing and placement of new product launches, ensuring optimal product display at retail counters.

 * **Reporting & Targets:** Consistently meet monthly sales targets and provide daily reports on order bookings, market feedback, and payment collections to management.

**Requirements:**

 * **Local Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the local markets, trade routes, and retail landscape in and around Indore.

 * **Mobility:** Must possess a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license.

 * **Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
