Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
📌 Job Summary
Dhanshri Infrabulls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and promoting company real estate projects to achieve sales targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads through calls, site visits, and field marketing
Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to clients
Conduct property site visits and client meetings
Maintain client database and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation process
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
✅ Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Interest in real estate sales and field work
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
