Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably from the construction/building material industry.

• ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, dealers, architects and other clients.
• Handle client meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage regular follow-ups and ensure timely order closure.
• Maintain sales reports and update management on market activities.
• Requirements3–4 years of experience in a relevant sales profile.
• Construction industry knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and market visits.

Salary & Incentives₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, plus attractive performance-based incentives.
