Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can independently generate leads, conduct site visits, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills with a good understanding of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, references, brokers, and networking.

• Meet potential customers and conduct property presentations.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle complete sales closures and customer follow-ups.
• Conduct site visits with clients and explain project details.
• Coordinate with banks for loan processing and customer verification.
• Understand bank eligibility, loan documentation, and approval procedures.
• Verify legal and property-related documents as required.
• Maintain complete knowledge of property specifications, pricing, approvals, and project updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update lead management records.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.

Willingness to travel and perform field work.

Good knowledge of real estate sales processes.

Understanding of bank loan procedures and property documentation.

Basic knowledge of legal and property verification processes.

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
