Job Summary


We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, explaining the benefits of our fleet management solutions, and converting prospects into long-term customers.


This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling customer conversations, and the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators across India.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.

- Present and explain FleetIQ's fleet management solutions to potential clients.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.

- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.

- Guide interested customers through onboarding and account setup processes.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Generate referrals and expand business opportunities through existing customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Educational Qualification


- Graduate in any discipline.

- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory.


Experience


- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Customer Support, or a related field.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.


Skills Required


- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

- Good listening skills with patience and empathy.

- Confidence in handling sales conversations over phone calls.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.


Preferred Candidate Profile


- Experience in SaaS, Technology, GPS Tracking, Logistics, Transportation, or Fleet Management industries.

- Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
