Job Description
- Identify and convert prospects through referrals, networking , and targeted outreach.
- Understand each client's financial goals and risk appetite , then inform about various financial products and services.
- Monitor client holdings regularly and proactively suggest restructuring based on market conditions.
- Share timely market intelligence , order updates, and investment insights.
- Ensure KYC and regulatory requirements are met from day one.
- Handle queries and complaints with urgency.
- Coordinate with research , operations , and compliance , among others to deliver a seamless client experience.
