About the Role

Dhanshri Infrabulls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven **Channel Partner Recruiter** to build, recruit, expand, and manage a strong network of Channel Partners, Real Estate Consultants, Brokers, and Freelancers. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for recruiting Channel Partners but also for their onboarding, training, performance management, and business development to maximize project sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners, Real Estate Consultants, Brokers, Freelancers, and Real Estate Agencies.

* Develop strategic collaborations with real estate independent property consultants.

* Build and manage a strong, high-performing network of Channel Partners across target markets.

* Conduct Channel Partner onboarding sessions and ensure all partners understand company policies, projects, sales processes, and commission structures.

* Design and deliver complete training programs for Channel Partners on company projects, sales techniques, CRM processes, and client handling.

* Conduct meetings of recuit channel Partners with MD & CMD

* Manage the overall Channel Partner team and ensure continuous engagement and retention.

* Set recruitment, activation, and sales targets for Channel Partners and ensure timely achievement.

* Coordinate and schedule project presentations, site visits, and client meetings for Channel Partners.

* Accompany Channel Partners during important client meetings and site visits whenever required.

* Coordinate and arrange high-value client meetings and site visits with the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Managing Director (CMD) for strategic business opportunities.

* Organize Channel Partner meets, networking events, and promotional activities to strengthen relationships.

* Maintain accurate records of Channel Partner recruitment, onboarding, training, sales performance, and business development activities.

* Continuously identify opportunities to expand the company's Channel Partner network and market presence.

* Target-oriented with the ability to build and manage a high-performing Channel Partner network.

## Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or any related field.

* 6 month to 2 years of experience in Channel Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or the Real Estate industry.

* Prior experience in recruiting and managing Real Estate Channel Partners, Brokers, Property Consultants, or Freelancers will be highly preferred.
