About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract quality talent across various functions.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification coordination.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring progress.

Required Qualifications: Any graduate. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
