QC Executive

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Executive

Location: Rampipliya, (Mangliya) Indore

Department: Quality Control

Reports to: Quality Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in Science (Food Technology / Chemistry / Biotechnology preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in a related field (preferably FMCG).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process quality checks during production to ensure compliance with SOPs and product specifications.
• Perform basic laboratory testing of confectionery items for quality and safety parameters.
• Carry out testing of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials as per standards.
• Test and approve finished goods before dispatch, ensuring adherence to quality norms.
• Monitor and supervise the manufacturing process to maintain hygiene, GMP, and product consistency.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, records, and documentation in Excel and other required formats.
• Support in implementation of quality standards, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the production team for continuous improvement and resolving quality issues.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of QC processes, basic lab techniques, and food safety standards.
• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, and basic regulatory compliances.
• Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; proficient in MS Excel for report preparation.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.
