Requirement

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, ROAS, and conversions.

- Analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to make data-driven decisions.

- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign performance.

- Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

- Experience in managing lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
