Job Description
Education & Guidance: Explain diagnoses, treatment options, surgery details, and expected costs clearly to patients and their families.
Emotional Support: Actively listen to concerns and provide a comforting, empathetic environment to reduce pre-surgery or treatment anxiety.
Coordination: Liaise seamlessly between doctors, nurses, and administrative or billing departments to ensure integrated patient care.
Administration: Manage patient records, process insurance or TPA authorizations, and maintain accurate conversion or follow-up reports.
Follow-up: Monitor patient progress, ensure adherence to post-treatment care plans, and help address any lingering queries.
