Operations Support Coordinator

• Work ProfileCoordination & Admin SupportSupport the HR & Operations Head in routine follow-up and coordination
• Coordinate with departments for day-to-day operational work
• Handle calls, couriers, documents and routine junction activities
• Allocate and track daily outdoor work
• Support other general administrative and operational activities
• Data & ReportingMaintain daily IN/OUT records
• Prepare and update the Daily Production Report and Daily Press Sheet
• Maintain the LR Report, including dispatch bills and transport bilty details
• Update checklists, pending work and basic status reports
• Maintain records in Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Sample & ERP SupportClick and organise sample photographs on Google Drive
• Provide basic Pratham ERP support
• Update routine production or finishing-related data
• Follow up for pending information and entries
• RequirementBasic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Good follow-up and coordination ability
• Active, organised and comfortable working in a factory environment
• Garment or manufacturing industry experience preferred
