Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Executive to manage daily business activities, track project progress, maintain attendance records, handle data entry, coordinate sales and purchase activities, and assist with accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in administrative and operational management.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & AdministrationManage day-to-day office and business operations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and workforce data.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and management.
- Data Management & ReportingPerform accurate data entry and maintain business records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain databases, trackers, and dashboards.
- Sales & Purchase CoordinationPrepare quotations, purchase orders, and work orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers.
- Track purchase requests, deliveries, and inventory records.
- Maintain vendor and customer databases.
- Accounts & Finance SupportAssist in sales and purchase accounting entries.
- Maintain expense records and payment trackers.
- Support invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with accountants for GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
- Reconcile basic financial records and reports.
- Communication & CoordinationCommunicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Schedule meetings and maintain business correspondence.
- Prepare professional emails, reports, and presentations.
- Required SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of sales, purchase, and accounting processes.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with ERP/Tally software will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in operations, administration, accounts, or business support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based companies preferred.
Salary₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
