Working hours: Monday-Saturday (10 am – 7 pm)

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketplace Account Manager to scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts.
• Create and optimize product listings and catalogs.
• Handle order processing, dispatches, returns, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
• Monitor sales performance and support promotional campaigns.
• Prepare reports and resolve marketplace operational issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
