Marketing Executive

U 1st Creation is looking for a dynamic and confident Marketing Executive (Trainer) who can not only promote our wellness services but also train and guide new team members to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct product and service training sessions for new and existing team members.

✅ Explain company policies, marketing strategies, and customer communication techniques.

✅ Develop and deliver engaging training programs to improve team performance.

✅ Mentor and motivate trainees to build confidence and professional skills.

✅ Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

✅ Support marketing activities, awareness campaigns, and promotional events.

✅ Coordinate with management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.

✅ Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.
