Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Perform daily inspection of hotel rooms and public areas.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain AC, water pumps, geysers, lighting, and other equipment.
• Attend guest maintenance complaints promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Replace damaged fixtures, switches, bulbs, locks, and fittings.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room readiness.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Record all maintenance work in the maintenance logbook.
• Monitor DG set, lift, fire safety, and emergency systems.
• Keep the hotel infrastructure in good working condition at all times.
