Job Summary

HIRD Services Private Limited is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Core IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.

Manage candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of positions.

Stay updated with IT technologies and hiring trends.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Core IT Recruitment.

Candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
