Job Title: 2D Interior Designer

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Residential or Commercial Interior Design

Job Description - We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Interior Designer who has at least 6 months of practical experience in interior design. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, create accurate 2D drawings, and coordinate with the execution team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
• Visit project sites for measurements and site analysis when required.
• Prepare accurate 2D Layout Plans, Furniture Layouts, Electrical Layouts, False Ceiling Plans, Flooring Plans, and Working Drawings.
• Develop practical space planning solutions based on site conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and execution teams to ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings follow company standards and are error-free before execution.
• Maintain project documentation and organize design files properly.
• Work closely with the 3D visualization team for seamless project execution.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Good understanding of residential and commercial interior planning.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and convert client requirements into practical design solutions.
• Good understanding of furniture dimensions, materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning.
• Ability to visit sites, take measurements, and identify on-site challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SketchUp or basic 3D software is an added advantage.
• Understanding of modular furniture and interior execution.
• Basic knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material estimation is preferred.
