Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and online counselling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build trust with potential clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable training program.
• Conduct sales calls, video consultations, and follow-up conversations.
• Explain course features, benefits, pricing, offers, and payment options.
• Handle customer objections and close admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/Google Sheets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
