Job Description
WE’RE HIRING | HR RECRUITER
Company: Consulthagnos
Work Mode: Work From Office
Qualification: MBA (HR) – Mandatory
Experience: 2 Years Experienced
BFSI/NBFC Recruitment Experience: Preferred
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹28,000 In-Hand
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days
English: Fluent – Mandatory
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen candidates and conduct initial calls
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers
• Support offer and joining process
• Achieve recruitment targets
Requirements:
• MBA (HR) mandatory
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good sourcing and follow-up skills
• Basic MS Excel knowledge
• Target-oriented approach
