Job Title: Sales Executive – Tyre Industry (Field Work)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for visiting tyre shop owners daily, identifying potential customers,

generating leads, and helping grow our sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit at least 15 new tyre shops daily across Indore and nearby areas.

• Build relationships with shop owners and introduce them to our tyre range.

• Generate leads and report daily activities to the supervisor.

• Assist in order booking and basic coordination with the backend team.

• Share regular feedback from the market to improve our service.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: ₹15000per month (Fixed)

• Petrol Allowance: ₹100 per working day (Approx ₹2,500–₹3,000/month based on days

worked)

• Incentives & Hike: No sales target for the first 3 months. After 3 months, salary will be

reviewed and increased based on performance.

• Opportunity for promotion and growth in a rapidly expanding tyre business.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Should own a bike and valid driving license

• Must be familiar with Indore market and nearby areas

• Strong communication skills and confidence to talk to shop owners

• Basic smartphone handling and WhatsApp usage required

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

• Experience in tyre, automobile, or FMCG field sales

• Candidates from Indore or nearby regions
