Field Marketing Cum Outreach Executive

As a Field Outreach & Community Promoter ( Marketing ), you will represent the organization in the field, interact with people, spread awareness about our social initiatives, and help connect supporters with our mission.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, field activities, public interaction, and working for a meaningful cause.

Salary :- ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on performance and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Create awareness about the organization's ongoing social welfare programs.

• Meet and interact with individuals, shop owners, offices, residential communities, and public groups.

• Explain how people can support community initiatives and social causes.

• Build positive relationships with potential supporters and well-wishers.

• Maintain daily activity records and updates.

• Participate in awareness campaigns, events, and outreach activities.

• Work with the team to achieve outreach and engagement goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Local language knowledge is an advantage.
