Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace & Advertising Executive

Location: Head Office, Indore Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Marketplace & Advertising Executive who will be responsible for managing online marketplace operations, product listings, advertising campaigns, and order processing across various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.

The candidate will also coordinate with order management software and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce

platforms.

 Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images,

keywords, and pricing.

 Handle advertising and promotional campaigns on marketplaces.

 Monitor and optimize marketplace ads to improve sales performance and ROI.

 Participate in weekly, monthly, and festival sale campaigns and deal opt-ins.

 Manage daily order processing, order tracking, returns, and cancellations.

 Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.

 Handle inventory updates and stock management across marketplaces.

 Operate and manage order management software and make required operational changes.

 Prepare sales, advertising, and performance reports.

 Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.

 Ensure marketplace account health and policy compliance.

Required Skills

 Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.

 Experience in product listing and catalog management.

 Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions.

 Understanding of order processing and inventory management.

 Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to handle multiple marketplace operations efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations preferred.

 Experience in e-commerce marketplace management preferred.

 Knowledge of order management software (OMS & WMS) and inventory tools is an added

advantage.
