Digital Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Operations Intern to manage social media, e-commerce operations, and customer coordination for NailKnack (NK) and Mangala Construction (MC).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

1. Daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, GMB & YouTube
2. Upload stories, reels & engage with audience
3. Monitor followers and performance

E-commerce Operations

1. Manage orders (Website, Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Blinkit)
2. Packing, dispatch & COD confirmation
3. Handle NDR/RTO and ensure timely delivery
4. Maintain stock (no product should go out of stock)

Customer Handling

1. Follow-up on COD, abandoned & cancelled orders
2. Maintain daily/weekly reports

Marketing

1. Execute email & WhatsApp campaigns
2. Coordinate influencer activities
3. Upload blogs (2/month)

Reporting

1. Maintain sheets, invoices & weekly reports
2. Track ad spend and performance

Skills Required

1. Basic digital marketing knowledge
2. E-commerce understanding
3. Good communication & Excel skills
4. Multitasking & attention to detail
