Digital Marketing Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Social Media ManagementCreate and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social channels.
• Lead GenerationGenerate quality leads through digital campaigns.
• Track and manage leads from various online sources.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Content MarketingCreate marketing content, including posts, blogs, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
• SEO & Website ManagementPerform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools.
• Update website content and ensure website performance.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Suggest improvements based on campaign analysis.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing Certification will be an added advantage.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or EPC industry.
• Video editing and reel creation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools.
