Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute the company's digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for building the company's online presence, creating engaging content, generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, and supporting overall business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Generate quality leads through social media, paid advertising, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, cost per lead, and overall ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
• Monitor current social media trends and implement relevant content strategies.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing creatives and promotional materials.
• Support website management, SEO activities, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Prepare regular reports on social media, advertising, website, and lead-generation performance.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns for company offers, events, announcements, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in the company's branding and communication across all digital platforms.
• Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, professional, and aligned with company policies and applicable guidelines.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.
• Strong content-writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Good understanding of current social media trends.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in digital marketing may also apply.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or paid advertising will be an advantage.
