 *About the Role*

We are hiring energetic Telecallers to connect with customers, explain our products/services, and help them. If you have good communication skills and a confident voice, this is for you. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

 *Key Responsibilities*

- *Make outbound calls* to customers and explain about products/services

- *Handle inbound queries* and provide the right information 

- *Follow up* with leads and maintain daily call reports

- *Build rapport* with customers and ensure good customer experience

- *Meet daily targets* and update CRM with call details

 *Who Can Apply*

- *Education*: 10th, 12th, Graduate - All can apply

- *Experience*: Fresher and Experience both welcome

- *Age*: 18+ years

- *Skills Needed*:

  - Good communication in Hindi + Basic English

  - Confident speaking and convincing skills

  - Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

  - Target oriented and good listening skills
