🔹 About the Role : ICICI Lombard General Insurance is seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service to policyholders. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities,

  • Inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats management
  • Insurance query handling (policies, claims, renewals, etc.)
  • Provide accurate product information
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

🔹 Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Basic computer proficiency
