🔹 About the Role : ICICI Lombard General Insurance is seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional service to policyholders. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities,
- Inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats management
- Insurance query handling (policies, claims, renewals, etc.)
- Provide accurate product information
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
🔹 Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation mandatory
- Fluent in English communication
- Basic computer proficiency
