About the Role

Hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for its International Voice Processes. We are looking for Customer Service Representatives and Tele-Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve queries, and achieve sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Promote products and services to prospective customers.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Service, Tele-Sales, or Voice Process preferred.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and customer-centric approach.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Shift Details

🕒 US Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experienced Candidates: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
